Good food is quality of life...you are what you eat. Food can also be seen as a symbol of life and the relationship we have with it. A lovingly prepared meal creates a sense of security, comfort... and a full, satisfied stomach.

 

For me, good food has several aspects: it is balanced, healthy and, of course, delicious. If it also looks nice and appetizing, all the better - especially for parties or invitations. For me, good food also means conscious time - together with my loved ones or alone. Meals and their preparation can be consciously designed leisurely times for mindfulness that are fixed points in our everyday lives. Times during which we can recharge our batteries: on the one hand our nutrients, on the other a good, relaxed atmosphere, a welcome break in our often fast-paced everyday lives. Enjoying food is a beautiful thing and I am happy to share this passion with my whole family.
